DJANGO an iconic Modern classic re-inventing the western by incorporating social and political context turning the western into a creative platform for other filmmakers to ask questions of society using socio-political storytelling in constructed narrative and most importantly in an entertaining way. While TOUT VA BIEN looks at the 1972 militant French uprising that went on for 4 years, as social revolutionaries attempted to overthrow the De Gaulle’s government and the right wing grip on France and the French working class. Constantly referenced as an iconic representation of the Nouvelle Vague (The French New Wave). A art house must see.
